Payments Counseling and Therapy 

The first intake appointment is billed at $150.00. Each session after the intake is billed at a standard hourly rate of $125.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes) and is due at the end of each session. We are able to accept cash, credit or debit and checks for payment. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the appointment are billed at a rate of $40.00 per cancellation. If you fail to notify our office and miss a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Charges incurred for missed appointments must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled session. Payment is expected at the time services are offered. We accept several forms of insurance:

Services Not Covered by Insurance

  • Couples/Marriage Counseling

    • ​These services are billed on a separate scale. Intake session is $150 and follow up sessions are $125

  • Parent Coordination Services

    • These services are billed on a separate scale. Each session is $150 for 90 minute session.

  • Collaborative Divorce Coaching​

    • These services are billed on a separate scale. Please contact our office for more information.

  • Reunification Therapy for Families

    • These services are billed on a separate scale. Sessions are $125 per 50 min session. Additional fees will apply for services provided outside the actual session (ie communication with attorneys, report writing, emailing, etc)
